walk off the plane you encounter a group of people. Maybe five. Maybe
ten. Whatever. It's a community nonetheless - and they're all here to welcome
you. It's your team. They don't know each other. You don't know
them. But that's the reason for beginnings - and as you'll soon discover, you'll have a whole

Each individual that makes up your team plays a certain role. While one person may be gifted
in the area of leadership, another may have a strong ability to provide insight and sound
advice. Each role carries with it a responsibility - a responsibility to offer up those
skills and abilities for the benefit of the team. Your team responsibilities will consist of
the following:
- Meet with your team on a regular basis for team studies.
- Encourage and support your teammates.
- Resolve conflicts and issues in an appropriate manner.
- Request feedback and provide input to your team members.
- Maintain and nurture your own growth process.
